General

• Upon agreement of the price and these Terms & Conditions and acceptance of your order by the Supplier, a binding contract exists between the Supplier and the Customer. Please refer to the Refunds Policy below.

• Prices quoted are valid for one month from the date provided, unless otherwise stated.

• We cannot undertake to deliver within a particular timescale unless expressly agreed in writing. Any other timescales are estimates. Time is not of the essence unless expressly agreed or required by applicable law, and you cannot unilaterally make an estimated delivery date an essential condition after ordering. Where no delivery time has been agreed, Services will be provided within a reasonable time.

• If an agreed express-service timescale is not met, any premium paid for that timescale will be refunded where appropriate. This does not limit any remedy required by law. We will not be responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made or that were not caused by our breach of contract.

• To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from the Services shall be limited to the fees paid for the affected Services. These Terms & Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

• Your Personal Branding Collateral is based upon information that you supply. We cannot accept responsibility for false or inaccurate information supplied by you. It is ultimately your responsibility to check that the factual information contained within your documents is accurate and correct. This does not remove our responsibility for errors introduced by us.

• Any outstanding balance must be paid in accordance with the payment arrangements agreed when ordering. If payment remains overdue, we may suspend further work and take reasonable steps to recover the balance. Any collection charges must be reasonable and legally recoverable.

• We will continue to work on the Content of your Personal Branding Collateral, at your request and without an additional charge, for up to 30 days after delivery of the first draft, unless otherwise agreed. We will make the changes necessary within the agreed brief during this period to achieve a satisfactory final draft.

• Our Services use established professional Structures and Methodologies. Revisions do not include replacing the agreed Structure or Methodology with a substantially different approach. This does not prevent changes necessary to fulfil the agreed service or your statutory rights.

• Changes requested after acceptance of the final draft or expiry of the revision period may incur an additional charge. New target roles, additional documents, substantial new information or other work outside the original agreed scope may also incur an additional charge. Any charge will be agreed before the additional work is undertaken.

• If we do not hear from you within 30 days of delivery of the first draft, we may close the routine drafting stage after sending a reminder. Further changes may incur an additional charge, but your statutory rights remain unaffected.

• We specialise in coaching and the preparation of high-quality Personal Branding Collateral but cannot guarantee that using the Services will result in an interview, job offer or business opportunity.

• Prices and these Terms & Conditions may be updated for future purchases. Written quotations will be honoured during their validity period, and the terms agreed when ordering will continue to apply to that order unless a change is agreed with you or required by law.

• We handle information securely and confidentially in accordance with applicable data protection law and our Privacy Policy. Information may be shared with specialist providers and subcontractors where necessary to deliver the Services, as explained in the privacy information provided to you.

By purchasing the Services, you agree to receive communications necessary to administer your order and deliver the Services by email, telephone or other agreed methods. Marketing communications and preferences are handled separately in accordance with applicable law.

• You may use, edit and share the Personal Branding Collateral prepared for you for your own career and professional purposes once the agreed fee has been paid. Pre-existing templates, training resources and underlying materials remain the property of their respective owners and must not be resold or commercially distributed without permission.

• Professional and respectful collaboration is required throughout delivery of the Services. Abusive or threatening behaviour may result in work being suspended or terminated. Any refund or deduction will be assessed reasonably according to the Services delivered and legally recoverable losses.

• This contract is governed by the laws of Ireland, without limiting mandatory consumer protections or rights relating to jurisdiction that apply to the Customer.

• These Terms & Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Refunds Policy

Deferred Services

A service can be purchased and deferred for up to six months unless otherwise agreed. If you require longer, please contact us to discuss an extension. Where Services have not started or progressed because we are awaiting your instructions, we may place the order on hold after giving reasonable notice. This does not automatically forfeit your payment or statutory rights.

Cancellation before work commences

If you cancel before any work commences, a full refund will be made, subject to any reasonable administration costs previously disclosed and lawfully chargeable. No charge will be made where prohibited by applicable consumer law.

Rearranged appointments

If cancellation follows appointments rearranged at your request, we may make a reasonable deduction for administration costs and appointment time lost, where previously disclosed and permitted by law. Any deduction will take account of costs saved and whether the appointment slot was filled.

If you repeatedly postpone or cancel appointments, we may cancel the Services after giving reasonable notice. Any refund will take account of work already completed and reasonable, legally recoverable costs or losses arising from the cancellations.

Cancellation during a coaching or fact-finding session

If you cancel during a coaching or fact-finding session, we may charge for the preparation and Services provided up to that point, together with any reasonable, legally recoverable costs or losses caused by cancellation. Any deduction will be proportionate and explained to you.

Cancellation after a coaching or fact-finding session

On completion of a coaching or fact-finding session, the relevant Services may either be complete or further writing and preparation may commence. If you cancel after this point, the amount charged will depend on the Services delivered and work undertaken and may be up to the full agreed price where the Services have been fully supplied and retention is lawful.

Any remaining balance will be refunded. If we are unable to deliver the Services, we will refund the undelivered part, without limiting your statutory rights.

This Refunds Policy does not affect your statutory cancellation rights or other remedies available under applicable law.
