Cara Devine has worked in the hospitality industry since the age of 16, and has focused on bartending for the past 10 years. She has worked in hospitality venues around the globe, from high end cocktail bars to relaxed rum joints. Cara has worked alongside some industry mentors, and in turn is now responsible for creating and running training programmes for bar staff. She is also the face of the YouTube channel ‘Behind the Bar’, which is a labor of love between herself, filmmaker Josh Moore, and chef/restaurateur Jesse Gerner. All three love good food and booze, and are on a mission to explore and demystify the world of alcohol and cocktails.
